1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Tradora, you agree to these Terms of Service and the linked Disclaimer and Risk Warning. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Permitted Use

Tradora is provided as an educational analytics tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial analysis of crypto-asset and ETF price data. You must not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense signals, backtests, or analytics generated by Tradora;
  • Represent Tradora's outputs as your own financial product advice to third parties;
  • Use Tradora in connection with the operation of an unlicensed financial services business;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits on the service.

3. Account & Subscription

Access to certain features requires an active subscription. Pricing, plan caps, and billing are managed through the Tradora Admin portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Tradora can dispatch alerts to Telegram and Discord using credentials you supply. You are responsible for the security of your bots, webhooks, and channels. Tradora is not affiliated with Telegram, Discord, Binance, TwelveData, or any data provider, and accepts no liability for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

See the Disclaimer. Tradora does not provide personal financial product advice and is not licensed to provide financial product advice in Australia.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradora's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the service is limited to the fees paid by you to Tradora in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
