1. Nature of the Service

Tradora is an educational analytics tool that surfaces factual observations of historical and live price action across crypto-assets, ETFs, and major indices. Outputs include identified swing points, support/resistance levels, volume-profile zones, candlestick patterns, market-structure events, and indicative entry / take-profit / stop-loss price levels generated by automated rules.

These outputs are factual information within the meaning of ASIC Regulatory Guide 244 (Giving information, general advice and scaled advice). They are NOT recommendations or statements of opinion intended to influence a person's decision in relation to a financial product.

2. General Information Warning (s949A Corporations Act 2001)

The analysis provided by Tradora has been prepared without taking into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Before acting on any information or signal, you should consider its appropriateness having regard to your own objectives, financial situation and needs. If the analysis relates to a financial product, you should obtain and consider the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) before making any decision. Tradora is operated from Australia, is not licensed to provide financial product advice in Australia, and does not provide personal financial product advice.

3. No Personal Advice

Tradora does not know you, your financial situation, your investment objectives, your tax position, or your risk tolerance. Nothing displayed in the application — including dashboards, backtests, signals, alerts, charts, or notifications via Telegram, Discord, or browser — constitutes personal financial product advice as defined in s766B of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

4. Past Performance & Backtests

Backtest results, win rates, profit-and-loss ratios, drawdown metrics, equity curves, and all historical performance statistics presented in Tradora are computed against historical price data under specific parameters and date ranges. Per ASIC Regulatory Guide 234, you should be aware that:

  • Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
  • Backtests do not reflect real-world trading conditions including slippage, partial fills, exchange outages, funding fees, taxes, or emotional decision-making.
  • Strategies that performed well historically may perform poorly in future market regimes.
  • Results may have been curve-fitted to specific date ranges and may not generalise.

5. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradora, its operators, officers, contractors, and affiliates accept no liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of the service or reliance on any information presented. You acknowledge that all trading decisions are your own responsibility.
